Would anyone know a good lawyer? The latest chapter in this non-ending saga might be an attempt to frame me. A lot of strange things have been happening.
1. My tenants went away for the night and while they were gone I thought that I heard someone in their apartment. I have had numerous break-ins and a number of my possessions are missing, including my passport, ... I also have a video of a strange man in my home. So, to protect my tenants and their belongings, I entered their apartment quickly to make sure that they were not being burglarized. Our rental agreement allows me to enter in the case of emergency and I did consider this an emergency. I did not find anyone in there so I locked the door and left leaving the outside light on for security.
At some time after midnight I was awoken by an angry knock at my door. As I stood there half asleep I was an amazed to see an angry cop at my door. He told me that my tenants had called him and said that I was in their apartment. I explained about the break ins and my desire to protect their property. He just kept on with his awful attitude, talked about throwing me in jail, etc. as I stood there in disbelief. When I asked how they knew about this and why they didn't just call me, he got very angry.
When my tenants returned home I questioned them about this, ... I expected gratitude, ...instead they accused me of going into their apartment several times, which isn't true. So what's going on here I wonder? If the same thing had happened to me, unless I was a drug dealer or destroying the place, I would have been grateful.
2. About a week later my tenant knocks on my door saying that some law office had called her looking for me. As I'm gathering proof about harassment, I asked for an email and a phone number, which she provided. I did a search on the phone number and found that it was bogus. I haven't given my tenant's phone number to anyone and there's absolutely no reason why a law office would be calling.
3. A few other weird financial events which would make me look incompetent ... things that I probably shouldn't discuss publicly because other people are involved ....

Thanks Pat! ... you can help me by taking care of yourself and by helping me to spread the word about this harassment. The sad reality is that the participants of these crimes are kept in the dark by the organization that involves them and they don't realize how they are being used and abused by a criminal group with destructive motives. They think that they are helping law enforcement to control a dangerous person in the community, when in reality they are destroying the life of an innocent victim. There's a young man in Mill Valley who is also a victim of this harassment. He has an online radio program and he recently called attention to this link. If you are involved in this abuse then I urge you to read this, as it exposes what's really going on here and I believe that you too are at risk. To the general public, please do a search on "gang stalking" but keep in mind that information has been compromised by the organization and often appears surreal and unbelievable .. this is by design to discredit the victims and to keep the protocol in the realm of the " absurd ". But the truth IS coming out slowly but surely ....

This does seem like a "set up". But what would you be accused of? You have a right to enter their
room in case of emergency, which you thought this was. If they thought you had done this numerous times before, then why didn't they talk to you about it before?
The cop seems bogus also. It seems odd that he would show up at that time of night with an attitude like that, for a landlady entering a tenant's apt.
The tenants may be part of the group organized harassment.
It might be time to get a lawyer; I hope you get a good referral.

Thank you Shandi for your usual keen perceptions and support. The more that I publicize this, the more harassment I endure. I will not stop publicizing this until this harassment stops, both for me and for other victims that I know.
This a cruel power play and it has the ability to affect all of us in very negative ways. This organization has the power and control to destroy all of our personal freedoms in time and it is growing. Here is another well-written essay on the subject. Thanks for your concern, but I am fine. I am tired of the harassment but I am getting on with my life. I am now allied with other victims and we are thoroughly involved with educating the public ... I will not rest until this harassment protocol becomes mainstream knowledge. Only then can we work together to protect the freedoms that we hold so dear. .....If you do a search on "gang stalking" you will find 12,900,000 results. That should tell you something ...
Part of this protocol has always been constant surveillance. As I stated in an earlier post, I suspect that some tenants and roommates have been placed in my home for the purpose of harassment and information gathering. I'm actually relieved to discover this as I have wondered how I could have made so many poor decisions. If your personal email messages are monitored then it's easy to bring this about. People would arrive at my door talking about animal rescue and other things that have interested me and I would let them into my life. Within a few months they would start noise harassment, verbal abuse, or things would start mysteriously breaking ... I now understand what was going on ....
Here's are a few lines from another essay which deals with this:

G would be a welcomed addition to this expose because of his experiences with chemical assaults. I do hope that you can convince him to contribute. I am in contact with several others who claim the same abuse and the body of evidence is growing. How can anyone do this to another human being? ... This thought bothers me more than any other ... I guess that I've been lucky in my life, as this is the first time that I've experienced a potent form of hate and violence ...

There have been further complications with regards to this incident which I would like to share with the community. These tenants have now defaulted on their rent and given notice stating that I was in their apartment without telling them. This is not true. When they returned from their trip I was waiting for them and explained what happened. I urged them to check their apartment to make sure that nothing was missing.
I am now very concerned that I am being framed for a future crime, perhaps something missing from their apartment at a later date. I can think of no other reason for this unbelievable behavior. As I have said before, according to my research, this is a common tactic employed by organized crime, and there have been other instances which have happened to make me look financially questionable. How does one protect oneself from all of this?
Obviously, the fun continues ...

I had intended to let this matter drop hoping that this criminal group would realize that I am not a threat and just let me get on with my life ... but that hasn't happened. Since my last post my husband and I have experienced continued harassment.
His online business has been clearly compromised and I continue to experience threats to my finances, health and safety. I do have the support of a local representative who is watching this with great interest and counseling me about how to proceed legally. Oh, and by the way, I have been told that the chemical that these groups use for harassment is called "perk". It's a drying chemical used by the dry cleaning industry. It is readily available and undetectable, except by someone like me who has been exposed repeatedly.
It causes premature aging and Parkinson's disease so I ask the community to bear witness to my overall health and well being to see if these realities manifest. Of interest, is the fact that Quidonyx, a victim of the same protocol, suffers from uncontrollable spasms of the body, very similar to Parkinson's disease.
Last night I woke up at 3am with chest pain. I repeat, I do not have a heart condition so this is also suspect. I have read about a lot of victims suddenly dying from heart attacks and strokes. If this happens to me then you should be suspicious. I do not even pretend to know how this is brought about but others have talked about chemicals on door knobs, etc. This victim just had a similar experience:

At this point I would just like you to bear witness to what I write.
Because of the chemicals sprayed around my property, my health has suffered greatly. A few months ago I applied for SSI and I was told last week by ********** of the Sacramento office that my application had been approved based on medical evidence. ( I now have dead tissue and burns on the inside of my mouth from inhaling something that I can only call corrosive - I am about to have this documented ) She suggested that I call the Santa Rosa office since I had not received benefits yet.
When I did call this office I was told that the approval had been overturned pending a special investigation of my claim. If you review the materials which I first sent to you, you will see that one of the goals of this harassment protocol is to impoverish the victim. I can't help but be suspicious of this outcome in the face of that information.
By the way, I have found a few other people in the county who are also dealing with this harassment. One is an ex private investigator who was responsible for criminal prosecution. The other is a local activist who went up against the corporate leaders at the Bohemian Grove. Both are living compromised lives with communications, security and health issues.
Your suggestion to go to the police is a good one but the police have been ineffective with regards to my case. At some point someone decided that I was probably "delusional" which has resulted in a lack of any help and the discrediting of any proof that I may have, including a video of a strange man in my home and three written eye witness accounts of chemical smells around my property. A live-in security person that I hired was actually taken away by ambulance one morning complaining of pesticide smells in her room. This is a matter of record. Once again, if you review the materials which I sent, you will see that this is a common tactic to discredit victims. I assure you that I am of sound mind and still actively participate, though in limited capacity as my physical health suffers, as a Home Hospice volunteer.
At this point, other than bearing witness to my experiences, a referral to a known, honest police officer who is active in gang/drug issues would be helpful. Once again, this harassment began when I called the police on suspected drug dealers who were shooting guns in my neighborhood.

I have had my trash stolen, my email accounts hacked, and I believe that there is surveillance in place around my home. I'm sure that there is a hidden GPS system on my car because I am harassed when I am away from home.

I did wonder if this program was operating at the government level because of the massive amounts of money being spent to harass me. After learning that my SSI claim had been tampered with, I now believe that this is true. After listening to this video I now wonder if it is my animal activist activities which have landed me in this sorry place. After all, these activities often try to derail corporate interests. Add to that the great harm done to my animal rescue group, my friend and neighbor Lynn Styles, other other animal activists which I have worked with and you have to be suspicious. Also, I've had one cat stolen and two others who were tortured.
One of my friends and allies runs an online talk show for the purpose of exposing gang stalking. He is also a targeted individual tracing his harassment back to anti-corporate activism. We are helping each other to expose this harassment, and ever since that alliance began he's been experiencing chemical attacks. He just recorded a segment about this and here is the link:

I have to say that I am not sure about some of the information presented here. The subject of "Directed Energy Weapons" is clouded in mystery, but many targets do report such things and they do exist. I have had some of the symptoms that are mentioned in that section but I choose to believe that they are acheived in other ways. Perhaps I just can't believe that military grade weapons would be used against unarmed civilians. If I'm wrong, then God help us all because we're surrounded by true psychopaths. Also, it is impossible to know who the good guys are and who the bad guys are in this war. Many perpetrators pose as victims and publish crazy websites in the hope of derailing the efforts of the true victims who desperately need help. There is one website mentioned in this article and there is an ongoing debate about it in the TI ( Targeted Individual ) community ... just so you know ....

What Is Domestic Terrorist Targeting (Gang-stalking)
1. Domestic Terrorism and Group Stalking is usually international. That is, once you become a target it's very likely that you will be targeted wherever you go, world-wide. This implies international, organized crime.
2. Wherever targets move, they become the object of hate campaigns, slander, and character assassinations. The reason for this is that, in order for the terrorist organizers to get everyone to help them commit crimes against a target, they must first get everyone to hate the target. I just moved to L. A. and I know only 3 people here; my daugher, her boyfriend, and one friend. However, I'd bet that people I've never met claim to know me and are crucifying my rep. The people who are being sucked into criminal activities against targets don't really know what's happening or why. They are merely told whatever it takes to get them involved in the criminal activities.
-Citizens beware. Often, faked police or F.B.I. papers and falsified documents that demonize a target, are shown around to people. Terrorist stalkers often represent themselves falsely as being cops or agents.-
3. The whole terrorist assault is done by 3rd parties. The person who wants a target destroyed is usually a client of organized crime, an attorney, a private detective, etc. He hires out the job to others and his hands stay clean. 99% of all the people actually doing the surveillance and harassment associated with domestic terrorism don't know who's ordered the hit or why. They are lied to and they are only told whatever it takes to turn them against target.
4. It is common to be stalked to the max while driving and there's always an effort to get targets into a staged car accident and to collect bogus insurance claims. Unforturnately, many innocent people get hurt and even killed by this tactic and, at the least, the gang-stalkers can hold up traffic for hours, causing inconveniences to others who aren't involved at all.
5. Targets commonly experience illegal entry into their homes, businesses, and cars and it's just as common to have their possessions tampered with or destroyed.
6. Most targets of domestic terrorism also experience gassing (extreme exposure to toxic biological and/or chemical contaminents).
7. Many targets are getting hit with remote, no-kill weapons.
8. Often, people who are low on the socio-economic chain are used to do the terrorist's dirt work. Many of the people who are sucked into it are angry, middle-aged men and young people. Others may include people who have a need to fit in, or are disenfranchised from society. They pay many off with drugs, sex, a promise of a job, a little money, etc. Many are illegal aliens.
9. Citizen policing groups may be persuaded to join the terrorists through false claims and forged, faked official looking papers. Also, it's not unusual for people in law-enforcement, or employees of other government agencies, to be persuaded to join the terrorist groups through slanderous assaults against the victim. Sometimes the F.B.I. has a file on the target for no reasons that the target can understand.
10. Most targets have blown the whistle against an agency, corporation, company, business, church, criminal gang, or individual.
Most targets are women (about 70%).
Sometimes, the targeting is ordered, solely, to make money. Many inventors and artists are targeted, for example, so that the terrorists can steal their intellectual property. Many other targets complain that their bank accounts are missing money. (Randy Quaid, a very dramatic example, was targeted for his money and other holdings.)
Occasionally, the targeting is done for pure vengeance. This happens to women a lot who call off an abusive relationship.
Many others are targeted because someone doesn't like their politics, race, religion, lifestyle, or belief system. Many people involved with civil rights movements and anti-war movements are also targeted.
11. Targets are always under illegal electronic surveillance, both inside and outside the home.
12. The ultimate reason for terrorst targeting is to make the targets appear crazy, or even to drive them crazy, thereby neutralizing them so their word doesn't carry any weight. In this way, the criminals who are trying to steal money, or get away with corruption, or other illegal activities, hope to denigrate the word of the witness. Even if the target doesn't go crazy, they are made to look crazy or they are lied about in this vein.

Another thought for all of those women out there that are in abusive relationships or who are forced, like me, to rent out rooms out in their home. This line in Cathy's description of gang stalking caught my attention:

As you all might have noticed, I have been struggling to figure out why I am targeted for harassment. I have mentioned a series of verbally abusive male roommates who seemed to explode at me for no good reason ( I like guys and always have and all of my current male friends have helped me to endure what I am going through, in spite of sudden life problems of their own when they do ).
Thinking back, the very first man who exploded at me without good reason might be to blame for all of this. He was a quiet man who seemed anxious and withdrawn, but I let him into my life because he worked for a non-profit organization and had good references.
He had a cat and he put this cat out into the cold at night without shelter. The cat cried at me and I put a small bed in the garage for him so that he would have some warmth. We get thick frost in my location. Perhaps this offended this guy because he started screaming at me for no good reason. At one point he cornered me in the house and gave me the worst tongue lashing that I have ever witnessed. It was truly violent and I was afraid for my safety. I felt that there might be some kind of underlying problem going on ... an un-diagnosed medical condition ( Lyme disease can lead to rage ), some psychological problem or possibly a drug reaction. Regrettably, to protect myself, after 2 or 3 incidents I asked him to leave. This man magically appeared twice in my life recently as I was buying groceries and just smiled at me.
That started the parade of verbally abusive males in my home. There were other male roommates who were friends of friends and this did not happen with them. We enjoyed a normal, healthy roommate relationship and we are still friends.
So, could all of this,.... including the torture and death of animals, the destruction of vehicles, thefts, vandalism, computer sabotage, community slander, stalking and surveillance ... be the result of my decision to evict a possibly dangerous and abusive roommate? If so, heads up ladies ... be careful out there and be sure to report any similar stories.
Also, to those of you who are taking part in the chemical dosing campaign, ... you should know that the chemicals that you're hitting me with actually burn the skin.

Fortunately, this leaves medical evidence.

Thank you for your interest in my story, Kathy ...
If you look at some of the links about gang stalking which I've posted, you'll notice that slander is a huge component of this harassment protocol.... This criminal group uses slander to convince neighbors, community watch groups, church groups, and friends, to take action against the targeted individual or victim.... According to my many months of research, they can be very convincing ... often showing up as nicely dressed, well spoken people with official looking badges, carrying files and photographs of the victim .... the police or government might also be involved ...
The objective is to involve these community members by provoking an attitude of disgust and hatred towards the victim, which then becomes motivation for the stalking and harassment to follow....This group could not succeed without the involvement of the community and these community members do not question this group's authority and/or the facts, ... they would probably defend this protocol thinking that they are doing a good thing for the community ...
Also, they are not told about the extent of the harassment ... they are not told about the pain and suffering that they are causing or about the ultimate goal of total destruction ... they are just given instructions ....
So these group members who have "bought" the bogus presentation, without knowing anything about me, see me as a threat to the community ... they feel that they're protecting their neighborhoods, when what they're really doing is furthering the goals of organized crime in our county ...
Also, I have written previously about the "framing" and discrediting attempts which are part of this harassment ... this criminal group will often compromise the victim in some way, and then point to the victim as being compromised ...
For example, since I took a stand against abuse in my life ( which I believe started this whole thing ), I've had roommate after roommate abusing me, ....I've had personal items missing or destroyed, ....I've had people constantly slamming doors,.... or leaving drugs all over the place, ... or using massive amounts of power, ....or moving in and then moving out unexpectedly two months later, ... and as you all remember, one guy stole my cat ...
I now know that these people were sent by this criminal group to harass and discredit me ... to make me look like I can't manage a household or get along with people, when, in reality, my real roommates have adored me and we're still friends many years later ...
Another example, .... this criminal group has vandalized my car, putting dents in it and causing expensive repairs, ... they've vandalized my home ... they've stolen and destroyed my personal belongings, which then have needed replacing ... and I think that I posted an actual notice of an unauthorized transaction which occurred in one of my business accounts ( costing me $500.) ... all to impoverish me and make me look like a "problem" ....
Once again, these bogus situations, which have absolutely nothing to do with me, are then used to discredit me, to make me look like a threat to the community ... Sometimes these community "helpers" are themselves victims of blackmail and they don't dare go against the group for fear of being targeted themselves ... also, many of the perpetrators that I've known have been meth addicts, so perhaps drug addiction is also a tactic of recruitment ... I hope that I'm wrong about this ...
To stop this in our community a few of these people have to be brave enough to say something ... brave enough to contact me ... if enough come forward then this will be exposed and the danger will end ... then, and only then, will we live in a safe community where justice still prevails ....
I can be found at Home Hospice Thrift Store every Saturday after 3pm ... I still volunteer there, ....though even there, .....as I try to help the dying and their families,..... I am harassed ....
Is this really the kind of life that you want ? ... is this really the kind of world that we want to live in? ....

Also, regarding my assertion that these acts are carried out by community members who are lied to and misinformed, I have the following experience to convey. I belong to many online groups of people who are harassed in the same way that I am. Some of these people complain about voices in their head and pain throughout their body.. In spite of my own hard to believe harassment, I thought that these people were either crazy or disinformation agents ( people purposely making up stories to discredit the real victims making them look crazy ). Then I see this last night ... geez ....

Though I would not chose to focus on anything negative on this beautiful New Year's day, I feel that I must to continue to share information and resources with the community in an effort to inform and protect all who live here ...
I have discovered a local group of people who are actively fighting gang stalking in the Bay Area and I have been told that there are 75 local members who are being targeted by this harassment. Most of them are older women like myself, which is interesting to us all ... Most were activists, one worked for government and complained about practices, ... one 62 year old woman, who is now chemically assaulted and homeless, led protests against corporate interests in her area ... the stories are heart-breaking and they can be found on the following conference call which is moderated by a Bay Area woman on Sunday afternoons ...

Here is another link that has some info that could explain some of the symptoms and that the so-called "gangs" (perpetrators as mentioned in this thread) (that) they, the actual perpetrators may not be what are normally associated with the term "gang" and that other than "street gang" people may be culpable.
