I know this is a shot in the dark. I am looking for a new sofa, and found out that most are deep with flame retardants. Has anyone bought eco furniture that isn't pricey?

After looking high and low for a year for a non toxic sofa under $5000,
I found this style and decided to build one myself

without the flag, of course.
I have one that is oak with zigger springs and I replaced the foam with professionally cut eco friendly foam.
There is an optional board for a firmer feeling and the slip covers are removable for washing. It is slightly longer and a little narrower than a twin bed so it is comfortable for one to sleep on and great for togetherness naps as well as up to four or 5 adults sitting.
I'd like to do more yoga and less couching, so I'm happy to sell it for $400 which is less than I paid for the new foam.
