Dear people, if you are a Kaiser member and have been assigned to "Smilecare," I beg you to choose another dental office. It's a long story that you don't want in your life.
I recall the Yelp reviews reflect a similar conclusion.
A "dire warning" with no details. If you've had a negative experience, you may not be the only one. Is there anyone else willing to share their experience with "Smilecare" whether positive or negative, and give some details? Also, if the experience was negative, did you notify Kaiser in writing with a cc to Smilecare?
I'll check out the Yelps.
