A call to stop fraudulent foreclosures
https://wishwellprod.com/wp-content/...reclosure1.jpg
To all members of our Sonoma County Community:
The rampant and systematic foreclosures of our family homes is deliberate,
and is destroying the very fabric of our society, including persistent unemployment,
loss of social services, and decreased money for our children’s education.
IT IS TIME TO RISE UP!
In California,
2500 homes per day are at the auction blocks. (over 52,000 in April)
Reck-less homeowners? I think not!
Our laws must be changed to stop fraudulent foreclosures, as in Nevada where foreclosures dropped 97%!
We must motivate our supervisors to pass a resolution against fraudclosures indicating county-wide purpose and resolution. Then we must insist our county code be changed to prohibit fraudclosures with sanctions to protect our homes and our families.
All owners are now subject to mass grand theft, fraud, and conspiracy by the banks and their attorneys that are illegally taking away everything that we have worked for and ruining the American Dream during our lifetime.
San Francisco county supervisors approved
a “Foreclosure Moratorium Resolution”
at their last meeting.
This Resolutions is up for final Approval on April 10 2012.
Their independent audit of foreclosures showed that 99% of the foreclosures had an error,
in which 84% were legal violations.
But that didn’t matter – the homes were still taken!!
LET DO THIS HERE IN SONOMA COUNTY NOW!
Please show your support for our Sonoma County Supervisors
to take action at the next Supervisors meeting on
April 10, 2012 at NOON.

Re: A call to stop fraudulent foreclosures
CJ Holmes is spot on; will she speak? She's a Sonoma County real estate broker, resident & I've heard her deliver a short, powerful explanation of exactly how this theft is being done. We are entering the sequel pump and dump, post housing bubble burst, our USA, in proverbial 3rd World poverty, our own front yard...

Re: A call to stop fraudulent foreclosures
I will be happy to speak anytime, anywhere, to any person or group in the effort to stop foreclosures. 97% of our foreclosures are frauds perpetrated by the banksters. They are gaming our recording laws because at this time, there is no one, and no way to ensure a foreclosure is not fraudulent. Nobody checks recording docs to see if they are true. If the foreclosure form is filled out correctly, the recorder records it. This is crazy scary.
This allows banks to totally "game" our system. In Nevada, when they changed their state law to simply require anyone foreclosing to sign an Affidavit of Authority (verifying they had the right to foreclose), ALL foreclosures by the banks on securitized loans, stopped. Foreclosures fell 97%. The month before this law was enacted, Nevada had 3925 foreclosures. The month after enactment, 94 foreclosures. To date, only true foreclosures are being filed - by credit unions, owners that financed sales, etc. Not one bankster has filed for foreclosure on any of the defaulted securitized loans because the banks can't prove they have the authority to do so. And that's because they don't have the authority to foreclose.
It's pretty simple to stop fraud-closures in our counties. Each county change the recording laws to require an affidavit of authority to record a foreclosure. Voila! We'll be protected like Nevada is.
That will give home owners the opportunity to change strategy from defense to offense. Join together en masse to demand loan settlements that they deserve.
By the way, when fraudclosures are halted, home prices WILL stop falling. Until we stop these fraudclosures, home prices will not stop declining.
Call or email me anytime. I've started a non-profit Home Owners For Justice US. www.hofj.org.
I've attached two files you will find interesting: the first one is the 616 foreclosure auctions scheduled for the month of April for Sonoma County. In California, over 52,000 foreclosure auctions are scheduled for April - that's over 2500 homes per auction day (M-F).
The next attachment is a simplified Cycle of Bank Fraud I've developed from extensive research. One of the main drawbacks to this problem is that it's "too big to swallow".
However, the faster we get out of denial, and into changing our laws to protect us, the better chance we stand to keep this country for the citizens. (at this time Fannie/Freddie/Banks are selling millions of vacant foreclosures to hedge funds in bulk - many of which front foreign capital. This means our citizens, who can't get a home loan because of a foreclosure or short sale (bank loan rule), will have to pay rent, which goes to support the next great "world investment" while their own American Dream is dashed, perhaps forever.)
We must stop this grand theft of our homes - the very land we walk on. thanks, cj
