Hooter's Rohnert Park is finally opening on Jan 30!
I'm glad to see it's happening, and I'm anxious to check it out. I'm curious about all of the aspects: the women servers, the food, and of course....the prices! I'm hoping it's comparable to other restaurants in town, and not over priced because of the "view".
I'm sure lots of people will go at least once just for the experience.
I also hope the music isn't too loud to be able to have a conversation. We don't just want to gawk...we also want to talk!
It's great to see something controversial to spark a healthy discussion. I seem to remember something here awhile back....

Here's our original Hooters thread.
Re: Hooter's Rohnert Park is finally opening on Jan 30!
Hooters and Rohnert Park fit.
Just like Sebastopol fits with the French Garden, Slice of Life & East West Cafe, Milk & Honey, Transition USA & Seb., Earth Child, Toy Works, Sum Body, People's Music, peace gardens, Screaming Mimi's, yoga studios & Rosemary's Garden.
This is why I'm a Sebastopol gal.
West County - authentic, nourishing, vibrant culture. RP welcomes silicone, strip malls, porno producers, casinos, and faux Green fixes.
This is why we need to foster better means of tribal living. Find your fit or keep looking; no need to have all tribes be all things to all people at all times.
There is a time to step in each other's biz; one hood's practices creating ground water depletion is one.
The fact that the novelty of Hooters has not waned is a sad reflection though.

Only reason I'd go is they make GOOOD hot wings! The "View" is an added bonus but its the food that draws em in...really!

The "View" is an added bonus...
Admiring attractive bodies is always nice, but if most of the "View" at Hooter's is constructed of silicone, which I suspect is the case, and most of the faces are hidden behind the chemical mask known as cosmetics--no thanks. Rather than blow my money there, I'll walk down the street for free and enjoy looking at natural women! :Luster:
