According to what I have heard, this was a Supreme Court decision which allowed this. With several fairly recent controversial decisions in mind, I am beginning to wonder if this is the beginning of the end of our Union.

Nice. Maybe now they can focus on producing the best possible vaccines in quantities large enough to meet demand without having to fight a thousand nuisance lawsuits every month. This, of course, does not leave victims of side effects without recourse. There is a massive fund set aside exactly for that purpose.
I'm interested to learn more, but my bandwidth right now doesn't allow me to watch that video. I'll see what I can learn and follow up. This is probably a good thing for our country.
