Invalid Category specified

For the last coupla days, when I click on the "General Community" link on the "Bulletin Board" page, I get this message:

"Invalid Category specified. It may have been deleted. If you want you can Contact Us"

If I try to click on the "Last Post" link on that same page, I get this message:

"Sorry, you do not have permission to access this page."

This happens when I'm logged in.
