bilingual (spanish/english) community radio

if you've ever had an interest in connecting more with our spanish speaking community in sonoma county, i'd like to suggest joining KBBF member supported radio. now is a crucial time for this historic (first bilingul radio station in the country) station to stay alive, and true to its original community oriented intent. it costs just 20 dollars for a membership, and time is of the essence, as there will be a members only vote for board members very soon that will determine a great deal about the direction the station goes. for more info regarding this, i recommend checking out [email protected].
i can forward you a membership application and/or would be very happy to fill you in on why this is important and why i recommend supporting the "voces cruzando fronteras/voices crossing boarders" slate of board member candidates.
