Strange as this may sound, what you care about can be a distraction. In fact, who cares is not necessarily that relevant either - depending on how you view the question. The thing is, you can care so much about something that you lose the foundation - which is the caring heart itself.
Everyone cares about something, if they're alive in any sense of the word - even if it's not anywhere near a degree we'd call passionate. There are a lot of things you can care about, but maybe not as many care about caring and see that caring in itself is important - so thanks for drawing attention to it.
