From Discrimination Based on Vaccination Status

In a federal complaint filed last month in the U.S. District Court of California, constitutional litigators Greg Glaser and Ray Flores presented results of a pilot study showing unvaccinated adults and children are healthier than their vaccinated counterparts.
On George Washington’s birthday, Feb. 22, constitutional litigators Greg Glaser and Ray Flores will be in federal court in Sacramento to request an order immediately protecting all Americans from discrimination based on vaccination status.
Glaser and Flores represent The Control Group, which is a recently completed pilot survey of unvaccinated Americans showing 1,248% better health for unvaccinated adults and 1,099% better health for unvaccinated children.
In the federal complaint filed December 2020 in the U.S. District Court of California — Eastern District, Sacramento, Glaser and Flores state:
“As a matter of national security, this constitutional case is respectfully brought by scientifically focused patriotic Americans, including United States military family members. The American population is currently in the process of being decimated by chronic illness, due to injured and dysfunctional immune systems … The Control Group dataset provides profound proof that vaccine exposure is in fact the primary cause of this nation’s current public health crisis.”
According to Glaser, here is the case in a nutshell:
“America is dying from the current trajectory of chronic illness. Our Control Group pilot survey proved it is the vaccines causing our nation’s demise. And even the government’s own admissions make it clear vaccines are unavoidably unsafe. There is no single agency such as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration that can be petitioned to heal the whole nation, nor a single law such as SB277 that can be overturned to heal this nation from the current trajectory. That is why Ray Flores and I are requesting comprehensive relief in the form of an executive order preventing discrimination based on vaccination status. If we prevail, then every American will be protected from mandatory vaccination.”
Glaser said he believes this case is the most comprehensive presentation of evidence to date on vaccine harm. For example, Glaser and Flores have 400+ top-level science exhibits offered for judicial notice, which requires the court to accept certain statements made by government officials and other authoritative sources. A key goal of this judicial notice technique is to help shift the legal burden to the state to prove vaccine safety. According to Glaser, because the State has no vaxxed versus unvaxxed study, the state cannot meet its legal burden.
Judicial Notice #1 connects all these chronic illnesses (i.e., digestive disorders, diabetes) to the immune system with the most authoritative citations on the planet.
Judicial Notice #2 shows that vaccines are dangerous and untested — once again all of these are authoritative citations the government cannot dispute.
And Judicial Notice #3 shows how vaccines are made and distributed through communist China.
Because the evidence is so voluminous, Glaser and Flores also filed infographics (demonstrative evidence) to help showcase some of the main points: Health Crisis In America, Vaccines Are Dangerous, Vaccines Are Made In Communist China.
A great deal of the complaint is devoted to insisting that control groups are necessary to the scientific method, and the court’s job is to preserve this particular vital evidence necessary to rescue America from the current trajectory of chronic illness.
Some evidence highlights from the case include:
- National data of vaccinated children show approximately 54% have a chronic health condition. But in The Control Group of unvaccinated children, the number is only 6%. That means vaccination causes an 800% increased risk of chronic illness in children. This has now been proven with a 99% confidence interval. Moreover, this pattern is repeated over and over in The Control Group data with 99% confidence: diabetes (0% in the unvaccinated Control Group v. 10% in the vaccinated), digestive disorders (0.4% in the unvaccinated v. 18% in the vaccinated), ADHD (0.47% in the unvaccinated v. 9.4% in the vaccinated).
- The Control Group provides numerical proof that vaccines are causing chronic illness. For example, the p-value (probability or odds) that the excess health conditions seen in the vaccinated population under the age of 18 are not due to vaccine exposure is 1 in 84,721,527,559,728,800,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.
- The calculated Pearson correlation coefficient shows a “very high correlation” between the increase in the CDC vaccine schedule and the increase in these chronic illnesses. This is another numerical proof showing vaccines are causing chronic illness.
- America is suffering an epidemic of chronic illness caused by vaccination. The nation will collapse on the current trajectory of vaccination.
- Vaccination is unavoidably unsafe. It is a form of experimental biological alteration of the human immune system.
- Improved living conditions (not vaccination) are responsible for historical improvement of public health.

All of the data quoted in this is post is highly selective and has been "asked and answered" before.
Here's what crossed my mind when i read this:
As I recall, people who refused to wear seat belts were discriminated against b/c a seat belt law was passed to protect the rest of us. Also, public smoking within 20 feet of a place of business and inside buildings was banned to protect the rest of us, discriminating against thousands upon thousands of smokers.
We have vaccines also, to protect "the rest of us."
I am sorry if you see this as discrimination. I see it as a public health imperative to protect millions of people, especially those in vulnerable communities and countries throughout the world.
Maybe it's time to not be about yourself, but about the greater good.

If anyone wishes or ardently desires to be vaccinated, that is their option and right. What We, the 'vaccination dissidents' desire, and demand as Our right, is the Freedom not to be vaccinated. I think that I may speak for the rest of us on this issue. It really comes down to the rights of the Individual versus the authoritarian mandates of the State.
Besides that, if the vaccines being cooked up in the labs of Pfizer & Moderna really were effective, then you would think, they would protect you, the soon-to-be vaccinated from infection from the 'covids' being carried by the un-vaccinated, would they not? Is that not a reasonable proposition, Gypsey?

In regards to Mark's suggestion to create two nations (the voluntary vaccinated and the legally unvaccinated) some things come to mind:
• Vaccinations are rarely 100% effective so there may still be a public interest to override a private interest of self-determination.
• For certain groups and certain diseases vaccination may be too risky and against the public interest, say small infants, or people coping with certain diseases. To protect these people there is a public interest to require vaccination for the others.
• If someone opted to be not vaccinated, and if they contracted the virus, would they also have opted to not receive treatment? Or would society have to provide for a parallel health care system, one for each type of infectious disease, cholera, diphtheria, the plague?
• If they came to a public health care facility for another medical problem could society refuse entry because of the increased risk they would pose to other vaccinated and lawfully unvaccinated patients?
• Would we ask foreign nationals entering the country to be vaccinated to reduce the risk of exposure to our citizens? What about unvaccinated Texans entering California?

I am talking about vaccination, Mark's propsal of allowing opt-in and opt-out, not talking about lockdown.
Donald Henderson would not have recommended Mark's proposal. Read the Wikipedia entry that I quote below, for some interesting details about his career in public health.
He "directed a 10-year international effort (1967–1977) that eradicated smallpox throughout the world and launched international childhood vaccination programs." .... "Vaccination brought some control, but the key strategy was "surveillance-containment". This technique entailed rapid reporting of cases from all health units and prompt vaccination of household members and close contacts of confirmed cases."

I see lockdown/vaccination as intertwined. We have heard from Gates and Fauci - that the vaccine will not prevent recurrent infections... (if you really hear them) and now lockdown won't stop until maybe 2022...

Zeno points out the key problem. Just citing Henderson's objection to a strategy that we're pursuing now is swell, but what alternative would be better? I mean 'better' in the sense we'd actually apply it? The "strategy" that we're now using, if you want to call what we have in place a strategy, doesn't work well at all. China has a strategy, so does New Zealand. I wish we could follow what the Kiwis are doing, but I agree with most Americans about the Chinese approach -- I would not want to see the level of social control that it takes to impose that strategy. And there's no way this culture would follow it voluntarily.

In reality, the Seat Belt law was passed in order for the State to raise revenue, since the State of California is continually running in the red, fiscally.
Such laws are also a handy way of slowly turning up the heat on the gas pilot underneath the slow-boiling frog-in-the-pot. The oligarchy finds it useful to get the masses to police themselves via citations & fines. That is one example of what Franz Fanon termed "internalizing one's own oppression."

Speaking of smoking, I found out a bit ago that tobacco isn't harmful for you.

Oh, if everything were so simple and black and white...
1) There is some number of people who cannot receive the vaccination. Some are immunocompromised. Some are very young. Some are allergic to some part (good or bad) of the vaccine. These humans would *like* to be vaccinated to help avoid getting disease from someone else. But they can't, so they need to be assisted in their desire to avoid catching something.
2) There is nowhere, anybody, who claims that a vaccine is 100% effective. Even if someone gets a vaccine, there is still a chance they catch something. And most vaccines are not permanent in their effectiveness; a non-zero number of reluctant recipients will conclude "I got it, now I'm protected forever, wherever." More people at least partially protected reduces chances of transmission.
3) Herd immunity does not imply 100% of the population is vaccinated. It proposes that if a large enough fraction of the population is protected, whether by vaccination or having had the disease, then transmission rates are low enough that most people, most of the time, can go about their lives and will mostly not catch something. My being vaccinated helps reduce the chance that some unvaccinated, unaware, asymptomatic carrier passes something on to me and I then transmit it to my COPD-suffering mother-in-law. Breaking the chain wherever possible is a good thing for the general populace.
4) '"the rest of us" protected by the 'clicked' seated belt in the interior of another car?' We are protected as accident participants from having to peel you off of our windshield; we are protected as first responders from having to scrape your brains off of the highway; we are protected because seat belts actually do reduce death and injury, which in turn allows those of us that pay for insurance (a whole other discussion of course) from having the risk pool be even more costly than it is. The first two are mental health reasons to require seat belts. The last one is economic. And as noted above, there's no 100% guarantee that you wearing a seat belt eliminates these possibilities, it merely helps lower the odds.
I am content that there's some number of people who are concerned enough about the trade-off between problems from a vaccine versus problems from a disease that they avoid vaccination. I would simply request that they avoid me, so avoid entering the stores I use, the restaurants I patronize, the schools I go to (or send my kids to), and the crowds I gather in. I also would like it if they were completely out of my insurance risk pool, as if they*do* catch something there are increased odds that they will cost more to deal with.

Gypsey, You don't understand me at all. Not in the least. I always put my own seat belt on, not because it "protects" others - it doesn't - but because, like everyone else who polices him or herself, I do not care to get a one hundred and forty-eight dollar [$148.oo ticket]. I have been a longtime advocate of Single-payer, but I would not submit to a mandatory jab with a warp-speed-developed, experimental RNA vaccine from Bill Gates' pet Seattle-based Pharma corporation, "Moderna" even if that was part of the price-tag for receiving "public" health care. The price tag is too great; the unknown side-effects much too vast.

But even assuming you are correct about their evil intent and total effectiveness, your refusal to wear a mask when visiting the plain below your hillside, or to get vaccinated as soon as your age group comes up, is toothless, a mere symbolic act without any connection with the danger you seem to see.
The only people you are affecting with these refusals are your county compatriots and yourself. No matter how the virus got here, it's here, and it's dangerous.

I will concede that -in the physical- I am close to being "toothless". But I am willing to lay down my life, and put my head in a guillotine in resistance to the mandated "Mark of the Beast" - the mandatory micro-chipping in the soon-coming digital economy, {i.e., ID2020}.

-Those words of yours - the ones i have highlighted in red - are a false representation of my position. I have never, ever indicated by means of any word that I have ever written in this -or any other internet- forum that I refuse to wear a mask in public.
In point of fact I always carry a mask around with me in my truck. -And I always put a mask on when I enter into any bank or store or gas-station. I also put that mask on when I am walking down a busy, peopled thoroughfare. That's just common courtesy. Besides, one cannot do any business or buy and sell without that mask nowadays...
Soon, one won't be able to buy or sell without having a micro-chip in one's hand or forehead.
