What's Up With Big Time Earth Moving near Graton?

Does anyone know why the serious earth moving just east of the West County Trail between Graton and Occidental Road?

I don’t know... but this sounds like the area where one of the big cannabis farms was proposed?

I think a pressdemocrat or search engine search for cannabis farm / graton / west county trail should pull up the articles from a year or more ago... and either point towards that, or disqualify it.

Word is it's a reservoir for summer ag irrigation.
