I'll admit- I've hardly been in Seb the past 6 weeks or so. But when I have I have gone to the feed store right across the way. And have walked right down the street past CVS (and the new Peets) and haven't seen anything that raised even an iota of concern.
I'm not sure what the issue is here? Dumpsters DO need to be accessible to Recology. And both driving and walking by I haven't seen anything out of the ordinary. I'm a little confused....

Well, they do not seem to have much pride in how they look. The empty display windows full of trash, facing Hwy 12 are pretty weird.
