The Kurds came before the Big Three at the Majestic Hotel in Paris, at the time of the Treaty of Versailles in 1919, and asked to be enfranchised, as a Nation, on the new maps that the "Allies" were re-drawing of the Middle East; even as the Big Three were in the process of dismembering the former Ottoman Empire that had taken the side of the Central Powers.
The Kurds were passed over. The leaders of the West: France, Britain, and America had other things to consider and "better things to do." To this day, that was one of the biggest of all the mistakes that occurred at Versailles in 1919. The Kurds are an ancient people. They are the lineal descendants of the Medes of the Bible. They deserve their own country: Kurdistan. Down with Erdogan. Shame on Trump.

That's boggling to imagine a people who do not care for silver and have no delight in gold. I can see how Trump would have no use for a people such as that. Brings to mind the Cathars and the Catholic Church
