Forestville school: what's happening?

Can anyone tell me what people are picketing about in Forestville by the school? I've tried to read the signs, but can't tell quick enough what's going on. I saw a sign that said 33% of something....Anyway, any info would be helpful. Too hot to walk 3 blocks and ask (92 degrees in the shade on my patio right now). Thanks.
