The last I heard, we're at 60 k and counting, &, as in post-WWII Europe, a significant percentage will never heal. You may have heard, a couple of years ago, about a nursing baby who was literally pulled from the mother's breast and caged. That baby is now over two years old and has never spoken a word.

I have no problem conceding the point to Ocasio-Cortez that improvements are needed in our immigration system, which currently contains avoidable cruelties. What is not true, is her accusation that the United States is operating “concentration camps.” no, there weren't women drinking out of toilets.
