My Wolf oven was serviced today by Advance Appliance Service, Inc. 707-545-5223 or 415-706-3931. Eddie arrived on time and finished within an hour. He called the day before to get specific information in order to stock up on needed parts he had available. Fortunately, he had the computer board that was needed and the total cost of repairs was under $300.00. This may seem steep but another repair appliance company offered to come out and charge $95 just to diagnose and then return one week later to repair.
Advance Appliance Service has trained technicians for high end appliances: Wolf, SubZero, ASKO, BOSCH, etc. I will use this company again and highly recommend them. I learned that there are only a couple of appliance repair companies that have trained technicians to work on high end appliances, so take heed.
