Working partner for electric bike business needed!

We are a startup, designing and selling electric drive accessories for bikes. The products are conceived to be light, simple to add to most bikes, low cost and geared for fitness, not power. Most of us buy bikes to get healthy but adding a little power makes human and bike more efficient and fun. We need someone with time and management skills to grow with the business. Sweat equity or some financial investment are both options.

Unsure why anyone wants into this business when there are scooter and bike rental companies flooding major cities (haven't you seen the bike graveyards of china?).
