Yoga class for people with injuries/physical limitations?
Does anyone have a recommendation for a yoga teacher/class that accommodates people who have injuries and also focuses on proper alignment? I'd like to take a class but need to work around some physical limitations. I'm not so much looking for a restorative class, just wanting to work with what I've got. (Only looking for a class, not private instruction, due to budgetary considerations.)
I'm in West Santa Rosa, so I'd prefer something reasonably close by.
Thanks!

Most definitely! Mary DiLillo of One On One Yoga. That is exactly what she specializes in--one on one yoga to fit an individual's needs and for rehab purposes. She is located not far from Pacific Market. I'm building her website currently and wish I could send you there! She does a great job and is a sweet gentle person. 707.290.2216.
