A category for Sebastopol homeless?

I attended a meeting at the St. Stephens Church the other day, it was felt that the Sebastopol homeless should have a bulletin board somewhere--could it be at WaccoBB?

We have carried posts by homeless people in the General Community category and I think that works fine.
