Each One Teach One
Breaking From Freud & Modern Psychology Today
Psychiatry and psychotherapy obsess on what's wrong with people
and give short shrift to what's right.
The manual of these professions is a 991-page textbook called
The *DSM-V.*
It identifies scores of pathological states
but no healthy ones. ~ Rob Breszny
Jung believed that Freud was too focused on sexuality as a motivating force.
He also felt that Freud's concept of the unconscious was limited and overly negative.
Instead of simply being a reservoir of repressed thoughts and motivations, as Freud believed,
Jung argued that the unconscious could also be a source of creativity.
While the official break from Freud came when Jung resigned from
The International Psychoanalytic Congress,
the hostility growing between the two was readily apparent in the letters they exchanged.
At one point, Jung scathingly wrote,
~ (McGuire, 1974)."...your technique of treating your pupils like patients is a blunder.
In that way you produce either slavish sons or impudent puppies...
I am objective enough to see through your little trick"

"You have to participate relentlessly in the manifestation of your own blessings,"
says author Elizabeth Gilbert.
I am free because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do.
I am free, no matter what rules surround me.
If I find them tolerable, I tolerate them;
If I find them too obnoxious, I break them.
I am free because I know that I alone am morally responsible for everything I do.
Nothing real can be threatened.
Nothing unreal exists. - EG

In today’s “New Age of Aquarius,”
“Each One Teach One” is our mantra and model/paradigm.
We believe that we can help ourselves and each other,
without these old (negative) psycho-analytical dogmas listed in the “DSM-V “
