Trying to pay with PayPal

I am trying to pay for a basic supporting membership (non commercial) but I am only offered the option of PayPal_micro which I don't have. It takes me to my regular PayPal account, but doesn't give me any instructions as to what to do or to whom I should send money.

I just tried to pay for a commercial membership and went through the PayPal micro screens, but once I finish it says:
Sorry — your last action could not be completed

It looks like I'll have to call you Barry. I tried under Windows and Internet Explorer as well, it now just takes me to the Paypal home page and does not even go through the checkout process. I've tried tweaking things like turning off the anti-virus toolbar. When would be a good time to call? Would you send an email invoice or something?
