My roof sprung a leak in the last storm. Damn!
Anybody know a good roofer? (for both repairs and/or replacement)
(And yes, I checked the Business Directory, and there are none there :(: , maybe that can get fixed along with my roof!)

I have had terrific success in trouble shooting leaks and in replacing entire roofs.
I have an infrared camera that makes tracing a leak fun and easy by being able to see the different degrees of temperature in the building materials from below and from above the leak.
I have been trained to use this tool after my certification as a Building Performance Contractor.
I can do hose testing before and after to determine success.
If the leak isn't fixed, you don't have to pay.
I usually charge $75 for the first hour and $60 per hour after that.
I waive the extra fee for the first hour for Sebastopol jobs and I can offer you a trade for directory listings for a portion. I can let you pay for the materials directly to avoid any mark up of materials and prevent me from having to run them through my books.
I am licensed, cslb #496779, by the State which means that I am also bonded.
You can be named an additional insured on my liability policy if you like for no additional fee.
The Building Performance Institute has issued me a credential as a Building Shell Specialist which means that I've taken studied and completed rigorous exams about the Shell and Envelope of Buildings.
