Need Suggestions: Where to SPEAK?
Hi wonderful neighbors!
We need ideas about where to SPEAK .
That is... my collaborative partner David and myself have created a free 60-minute presentation titled; "The Voice of Gaia" and we want to more effectively put it out into the world.
(some of you may have participated in our pilot presentation at the Graton Community Club several months ago...)
We're having challenges finding venues and/or events, conferences, clubs, etc. to deliver this emotionally stirring, interactive presentation.
PLEASE reply with any tips, ideas, or suggestions.
Thank you!

Re: Need Suggestions: Where to SPEAK?
It used to be there were drive in movies that could handle alot of people for special showings but that's changed.
It's not out of the realm of possibility that there are land holders who might like a small venue and a pop up screen, and emulate a drive in movie, or if not then add a festival feature and make some cash off it and have a roving theater sort of. There's people that have barns that also might have things to promote, consider Green Valley Village maybe and maybe other barn holders.
Re: Need Suggestions: Where to SPEAK?
Unless you object to the spirit of it, there are many churches that donate meeting rooms for free or at a nominal cost -offhand, I can think of the church on Main and Covey in Forestville, in Sebastopol, that church on Danzig, Dan something st off of 116, CSL -small charge perhaps, sometimes O'Reilly Media lets groups use their meeting rooms, church on 116 at High School Rd, perhaps the public schools in the area. Science Buzz uses Coffee Catz and French Garden Restaurant -I can't imagine they are paying much and you can ask Daniel right here. I wouldn't expect a huge crowd at first (sorry) so I would think this would suffice instead of drive-in movie size. Good luck.
