The copyright and title page should not be numbered; the text page should start with page 5. How do I do this?

I can't tell you exactly, but you should look to see how "Section Break" functions. You can separate your document into sections and give each a different heading (or none). With Word, I can usually Google a question and find a bunch of answers to it online.

Generally, you go into the Page Formatting submenu and it will sk you to say which page to start numbering...
Top menu:
Insert > Page Numbers, click on Format, read down in dialong box to Page Numbering, Start at...
then put in the page number you want numbering to start.
