poultry are omnivores to one degree or another
Chickens will kill & consume a flock mate as well as eat their own eggs.
What do you mean by "ok"?

My fear is something like mad cow disease. But cows are also herbivores (vegetarians) and that could be an additional reason why that bovine disease came into existence. Chickens eating chickens is still a disturbing thought because it is cannibalism.
Another consideration is that we would only be throwing the bones into the compost pile, which our chickens have access to. And if that is the only concern then I'm thinking that it is not a problem at all.
