Dear Community,
My name is Maria Owl Gutierrez and I lead a women's year-long initiation process. We are having our final event after 13 months working together, on August 14 - 18th.
I'm asking around for donations of farm/orchard fresh foods that can supplement our menu during the 5-day process we'll be undergoing. I know we live in an abundant county and not all the good food gets eaten.
If you have an abundance of apples, tomatoes, pears, lemons, etc. and you'd like to donate to a good cause, we'd love to use your food to make meals for our 12 women initiates, and the 5 women facilitators holding them. We have two wonderful men donating their time as our cooks!
We leave for Ukiah on Wednesday morning, so we'd need to pick up the food before that.
We can pick our own apples/fruit if you'd prefer, so you don't have to do the work.
