Does anyone have a recommendation for a good qi gong (and possibly tai chi) instructor in the area? I'd like to find someone who is very experienced and can work with me on good form/alignment. I'd prefer to learn a style of medical qigong but am open to other things as well.
Thanks.

:busdir: (https://www.waccobb.net/directory) Check out Weegi Patrick (https://www.waccobb.net/directory/qigong.html) in our Business Directory (https://www.waccobb.net/directory) . I hope she doesn't mind me saying this, but she's been teaching Qi Gong forever!

Wisdom healing qi gong classes are held in Rohnert Park with Rhandee Lipp (Wednesday evenings) and Cheri Lippard teaches the same in the Sebastopol area. Both hightly recommended instructors.
Best wishes,
Judy

Adding contact info...Rhandee's web address is
https://www.qigongwithgrace.com/
I don't have Cheri's contact info, but I believe that Rhandee may have it.
