why is this issue so important? ... here we have non-Constitutional data mining, often carried out by non-supervised government contractors ... the probability of corruption is significant ...
Also, as a democracy, we really do need to know what our government is doing since they have so much power and money to do it ... our founding forefathers realized this when they drafted the ( now shredded ) Bill of Rights ....
