Have you heard about Kyle MacDonald and his red paper clip? Visit www.oneredpaperclip.com (https://www.oneredpaperclip.com) to read how Klye traded a red paper clip for a HOUSE! It took 14 trades and 12 months, but he did it! He receives the key to his new house in Kipling, Saskatchewan tomorrow, July 12th.

KSVY was so inspired by Kyle's accomplishment that we are launching our own red paper clip journey to benefit Relay for Life.

Relay For LifeŽ is a fun-filled overnight event designed to celebrate survivorship and raise money to help the American Cancer Society save lives, help those who have been touched by cancer, and empower individuals to fight back against this disease.

Hello everyone,
A few days ago, I posted about our fund raiser for the American Cancer Society's Relay for Life.

We are currently doing a trading journey inspired by Kyle MacDonald's amazing story of trading a red paper clip for a house!

We started out with a KSVY 91.3 fm Sonoma Valley t-shirt. We traded that for a one-year family membership to the Sonoma Community Center. We then traded the Community Center membership for a Magnum bottle of 1997 Frog's Leap Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon. We traded the wine for 12 massage/Body Talk sessions with Jane Brogan. The massages were traded to Adams Chiropractic (www.adamschiropractic.com (https://www.adamschiropractic.com)) for exam/consultation/necessary x-rays and 20 chiropractic visits over one year.

The person who gave us the wine is a single gentleman. He decided that a family membership to the Community Center should go to a family, so he returned the the Community Center membership to us to do with as we wished.

What else to do but trade it away! We swapped the membership for two tickets to the Summer Garden Frolic at the Sonoma Community Garden. This morning, we traded the Garden tickets to the Vineyard Inn (www.sonomavineyardinn.com (https://www.vineyardinnsonoma.com)) for a one weeknight stay in their deluxe room.

But! It doesn't stop there. We traded the night at the Vineyard Inn to Cindy Hoffman of Beauty Galore in the Maxwell Village Shopping Center (707-996-3318) for 6 months of shampoo/condition/cut/style hair care.

AND!!!! She donated the Vineyard Inn stay back to us so that we could trade some more.

WHEW!!!!!

So, tomorrow, beginning at 7:00 am, we will take trade offers for any of our three wonderful items:

1 year of Chiropractic care
1 night stay at the Vineyard Inn
6 months hair care

Do you have something to trade? We would love to hear from you. Call us at 707-933-9133 between 7 and 10 am.

Next Wednesday we will stop trading and auction our final items. All auction proceeds will benefit the American Cancer Society.

Thank you so much for your support,
Veronica

Hello everyone,

The KSVY 91.3 fm Sonoma Valley trading journey continues.

Today we traded our Chiropractic package to Infineon Raceway for:

Two season passes for the 2007 racing season, which includes
NASCAR, NHRA drag racing, vintage car racing, motorcycles, bike races
and more.

That's right! Two passes that get you into all the great races they
have at the track for all of 2007.

Thank you Infineon Raceway! https://www.infineonraceway.com/

Tomorrow at 7:00 am we open the phone lines (707-933-9133) to take offers on these passes. We still have the haircut package and the night at the Vineyard Inn to trade away as well. Do you have something to trade? Give us a call or email [email protected].

All items will be auctioned/sold to raise funds for the Relay for Life (American Cancer Society).

Thank you so much for your support,

Veronica

Hello everyone, here is the update on our trading journey to benefit the American Cancer Society. Only two days left to get in on the fun!
Thanks,
Veronica

We started with a KSVY t-shirt and traded it for a Sonoma Community Center
Membership (www.sonomacommunitycenter.org (https://www.sonomacommunitycenter.org/)), which was traded for a big
bottle of Frog's Leap wine, which went quickly for 12 BodyTalk/massages
from Jane Brogan! The masssages are now with Adams Chiropractic
(www.adamschiropractic.com (https://www.adamschiropractic.com/)) in exchange for a year's chiropractic care.
That package went to Infineon Raceway (https://www.infineonraceway.com/) for (https://www.infineonraceway.com/%29for)
two season passes for the 2007 racing season (including NASCAR and NHRA!).

Those passes didn't last long as Greg Volker of Sound Construction, General Contractor, (707-933-1364) has offered 16 hours of handyman/construction work in order to go to the track for a year for free!

Whew, as if that wasn't enough. We were given the Community Center
membership back to extend our trading game. That was traded to the Sonoma
Community Garden (https://sonomaecologycenter.org (https://sonomaecologycenter.org/)) for 2 passes to their
Summer Garden Frolic, those went to the Vineyard Inn
(https://www.sonomavineyardinn.com (https://www.sonomavineyardinn.com/)) for a night in their Deluxe Room.

That fun night now belongs to Kellyna (www.9innerjewels.com (https://www.9innerjewels.com/)) in exchange
for 2 Lehua healing sessions.

But, that is still not all as Cindy Hoffman (707-996-3318), the wonderful
hair dresser, donated 6 hair cuts so that we would have more to trade.
Those are off to Barbara Seymour L.Ac. (707-738-1722), for 5 acupuncture
sessions, which are now with Lynn (www.myjafra.com/labatejohnson (https://www.myjafra.com/labatejohnson)) for a
wonderful package of Jafra skin care products valued at over $500.

Lynn made the donation in the name of her friend Renee who is scheduled for a mastectomy later this week.

Starting tomorrow, July 25th at 7:00am California time, we will take trades
on our contractor package, the skin care package, and the healing sessions.
On Wednesday we will auction/sell our final items and the money will go to
Relay for Life!

Do you have something to trade? Call us at 707-933-9133.
