I am looking for someone hopefully either somewhat experienced or highly ambitious with some marketing/publishing education to help bring to market/ebookwise,.two projects of mine that are very near completion.
First of, so as not to waste your time....I am looking for someone willing to do both projects for a percentage of the profits. And as well, someone who can get at least my second larger project to the marketplace by June 1rst ideally July 1rst at the latest.
On the first smaller project I am willing to share 50% of the profits with someone able to bring it (pamphlet sold as ebook) to market. If we are comfortable then with our working relationship, I am looking at offering somewhere around 10% of the profits from the actual book.
This is negotiable and while I'd like to work with an experienced professional, perhaps I am naive in this hope and may have to hire someone just starting out. I certainly have zero funds available to me but I do also believe both projects are profitable as ebooks.
The first project is a pamphlet under 25 pgs called 25 Snake Handling Tips. My primary source of income for tha past 7 years has been offering live educational snake programs all around the Bay area at schools, parties, and even one at Book Passages in Corte Madera. 5 years ago I completed a pamphlet on handling tips but never moved forward in publishing it as a hard copy.I would like to publish it as an ebook this Spring and need help formatting and finding the best ebook marketing approach for it.
The second is a spoof on detective novels and a Northern California hot spring resort/community that I lived at for six years in the early 80s. I started it almost exactly a year ago after revisiting the resort. It is now 95% complete, 150 pgs, in need of some editing but mostly formatting and someone experienced with ebook marketing. Please let me know if you would be interested in these projects.
