I need a little help sorting through the many yoga offerings in the Sebastopol area.
I am a senior, new to yoga, in generally good health, and would like to alternate my
gym resistance training with flexibility work.
I'm sure there are a lot of strong opinions and allegiances on this subject, so while
others would appreciate feedback, if you'd prefer to reply privately, I understand.
