Looking for somewhere local (Sebastopol/Santa Rosa). Looking for referrals from customers who have gone somewhere for years and been very happy. Hearing stories about places that used to be good and now aren't. Love to support local places, but sometimes they are a lot more expensive than the dealerships. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

We have used Automotive Excellence in Rohnert Park for at least a decade and have always been happy with both their mechanical expertise and customer service. You can find their contact info here: https://yourautoexcellence.com Diagnostic info is always given with a variety of choices (if there are choices) and nothing is ever pushed on us. Oh, and I ask a LOT of questions - which have always been patiently answered. They are Honda specialists and service is fast. Employees seem to be happy and most have been there since we started using their services.
