Hey wacco's,
does anyone have a recommendation for someone who could locate and remove what is likely a small amount of mold in some drywall?
The likely source of the moisture problem has been located, and is being repaired, yet there smells like there is some mold/mildew in the drywall that has not gone away after months of different types of surface treatment on the walls. It appears to be time to cut and replace, but it is difficult to determine exactly where it begins and ends, since it is not visible at this time. I also have some concerns about safely removing drywall that probably has mold spores in it.
Your referral would be greatly appreciated, for either a mold specialist, or a responsible contractor/construction person who knows how to deal with such things and can do it well.
