Does anyone have a gentle chiropractor who charges less then $50 a visit? Willing to travel from Sonoma to Healdsburg for monthly visits.
My T-9 and lower back need adjustment as I houseclean and garden. :meditate:

Mark Swanson, Petaluma 763 9005.
I've been seeing him for a few years for back pain. Each time I see him he give me new yoga type exercises to do to strengthen my core. He's a large football type guy who can easily adjust you. $40/visit. The best.

Definitely! Laura Polak, in Sebastopol. https://www.youradiantbeing.com/contact
(https://www.youradiantbeing.com/contact.)She uses Network Spinal Analysis, no force at all, fabulous long-term results. Sessions are very cheap if you buy a package of 8 or more in advance. Totally worth it.

I second this. Network Chiropractic is a soft-tissue form of chiropractic and is far more beneficial & effective for me than traditional chiropractic ever was. The results for me have been dramatic and ongoing and I often leave feeling incredibly relaxed physically and emotionally. I first discovered this modality in Oakland in 2002 and it helped relieve all my TMJ symptoms and tension. I still go regularly for general alignment and working out tension from gardening, computer work, etc. I always recommend Dr. Laura Polak and Network to any of my friends with physical tension, trauma or pain - either chronic or acute.

I highly recommend Dr. Nancy Rocks in Santa Rosa, 523-3020. Her fee is right around $50 but she is very gentle, and uses massage and a type of muscle stim that has always really helped me with my back and neck woes. Good healing to you!

I've also gone to Nancy for multiple injuries and found her to be very good and friendly.
This is after being treated by several others over the years who were not, and some who caused more pain than I went in with.
