Looking for a ride from Seb to RP on 4/8/13

I am in need of a ride from south Sebastopol (cooper road) to the Double Tree INN in Rohnert Park to catch the airport express no later then 5pm, earlier is fine. Please let me know if this is possible and you are going in that direction Monday the 8th of April! Thank you!
