Wikileaks Releases Damning Keystone Pipeline Emails
e-mail conversations between the two Canadian oil execs...
Kerry: I tried to keep everybody focused on the physical pipeline and jobs they might get but a few people were asking questions about where the oil was going once it came through the pipeline.
Girling: Where the hell do they think it’s going? It’s going to China for Christs sake. Do they think it was going to the Shell station around the corner?
Kerry: The poll we did last week shows that 80 of Americans think that the oil is coming right into the US for their own consumption. Well when we told them it was getting piped to the Gulf, they assumed it was the Gulf station on Main street. We have about 30 senators and congressmen that seem to have a problem with us laying a 1700 mile skid-mark through the center of America that won’t benefit the US one bit.

I much prefer the superior journalistic quality of "The Onion." This hard-hitting news reporting group is the epitome of free press, investigative journalism, and is a beacon light for all newspapers and news sources in America:

Nope, I don't think so; anyway, I guess the quotes were sort of fictional (see above).......

Seriously now, I always read The New York Times, El Pais, Democracy Now!, and Huffington Post. Everything else is a potentially new source of information for me. I'm constantly visiting or revisiting different news sources.

I just don't have the TV on much, but I read the PD, the Chronicle, the Sebastopol paper, The Week, New Yorker, and Funny Times.....

Dude, I feel like I'm doing well to just post stuff, most of the time; maybe one day I'll start using icons....and get an iPhone, and.......
What happened to the agreement to use the satire icon?! Between my computer imploding and -- even worse -- having to live out the nightmare of shopping around for another one, I can barely get the news, let alone figure out whether or not it's satire.

I don't get it either. I'm terribly confused and I was hoping that someone here in Waccoland with a brighter bulb than me could explain things.
I'm crying right now and I'm scared. I want my mommy.
Ed, I don't get it -- what is being satirized? Rough crowd.
