Here's a request from Elizabeth at the P&JC asking for help regarding a
young man experiencing severe problems with the Navy. He was originally granted
a discharge and the Navy has changed its mind and wants a court martial. Please leave a message for Lt. Commander Landis ASAP. Thanks. Peace, Susan
Military Law Task Force Attorney, Larry Hildes, has asked us to:
put out a call and ask people to demand Josh's discharge by calling the JAG Chief-Lt. Commander Landis (619) 818-2029. They should leave a message even if the voicemail has his deputy chief on it. Demand they keep their original agreement and not court martial Josh. Joshua Crider has suffered under his navy command and is seeking discharge
from the Navy. His commander agreed to a discharge and then changed his mind and is threatening prosecution. Help this nuclear engineer gain his separation from the Navy.
