Labor trade?

My to-do list is getting long and I'm wondering if there might be someone who's interested in trading domestic duties?

Here are a few things on my list:

-change shocks/struts on car
-build a rabbit hutch
-hang window blinds
-mow lawn

Here's what I have to offer:

-office/workshop/garage/home decluttering, organizing and design
-weeding/planting
-meal preparation
-assistance in establishing and maintaining a health/fitness regimen
-pet care, both large and small animal
-painting

1 hour for 1 hour.
Open to suggestions.
I live in Sebastopol.
