Please take a look at my campaign on Indiegogo to raise enough funds through donations, to research and report the failures of insurance carriers and governmental agencies to support quality of life issues for workers permanently disabled. My plan is to create a well-documented, professional "white paper" to distribute to journalists, attorneys, investigative reporters, etc. as a catalyst for the scope of investigation and reporting their organizations are capable of.
