Looking for a contemplative alternative to the usual New Year's Eve? Would you like to celebrate with a community of like-minded people and set an intention of mindfulness, joy and well-being for 2013? Join Teja Bell and Anne Cushman and welcome in the New Year with meditation, dharma, acoustic music, revitalizing qigong and an intention-setting ritual-letting go of the old and inviting in fresh healing energy.
Bring a light dish to share if you wish, preferably vegetarian, organic. Please have it completely prepared before you arrive. There is a microwave to heat some dishes. Spirit Rock will provide other snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Dress up, dress down, come as you truly are. All are welcome.
