Do you have drums that are gathering dust in a corner? Consider giving them to Tierra de Milagros. We are attempting to start a program for at risk youth that will help them with drug and alcohol problems as well as other life issues. Noone will be turned away if they are willing to commit to the program. Recent research shows that it is an effective approach to get youth involved in community as well as building self -esteem and confidence. Kids that play music tend to do better in all areas of life-including school!!!

Dear Michael,

this is a wonderful and powerful adventure...know that you have my support and my drums at the green valley village rhythm arts sanctuary whenever you need. I'd love to come out and meet these young people... i am sure we can come up with some drums too from our community for the youth...
