Thank you. I have changed my position on Prop 38 to NO because it competes with Prop 30. Whichever initiative wins the higher vote count will become law.
In other words, the two propositions, 30 and 38, ARE MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE. Both cannot become law. We have to choose which one we want.
Unfortunately, both propositions will have strong NO counts from Republican voters across the State of California. This means that there is a good possibility that both measures will fail. This is because the millions of Republican NO votes will be added to the NO votes from liberal opponents to each proposition. And this would be very sad.
Vote YES on Prop 30!
