I got a response to my Housing Wanted post from Eric Bleau, saying he'll be out of the country
for a long time, etc., etc.--all the things i've always heard are a scam...except that he gives
an actual address for the apartment. So i thought i'd give it a try, at least to the extent of finding out
whether anyone has had interactions with him that would incline someone to have dealings with him.
