Gratitude button

Since I'm new to Waccobb,could use some protocol tips(i.e hit the "gratitude"button on a post-and was taken to a page that said it was only to be used for spam,complaints,etc..).

You click the wrong button. See below. The triangle is used to report a post as spam or other problems:

I'm in need of a refresher course,If I hit the triangle,it shows as my flagging a post. How to express gratitude as a second poster?

The triangle is NOT used for gratitude.
