does anyone know anything about the new restaurant in Sebastopol called Eight - Cuisine and Wine? The Peking Chef website says it's an Asian Fusion restaurant. I presume it's owned by the same people as PC. is it open yet and what's the menu like if anyone knows. thanks....

The owners are the same folks from the restaurant next door, Sushi Tozai.

The owners, Steve and his wife (sorry, I don't know her name), own both Sushi Tozai and Peking Chef. They hope to open Eight in two weeks. I am excited to have a great new restaurant in town to add to the bounty we already enjoy.
