Speaking Circle ™

Grow your awareness, confidence, expectations, and abilities to connect with presence and be seen and heard with ease and enjoyment. This is a meditative and somatic opportunity which offers a forum for your speaking as an act of integration and authenticity !
Groups are confidential and egalitarian in terms of time for participants, simple guide lines are offered, and a video of your turns up front is available for your learning.
Our next group is Tuesday July 31th 7:00-9:30 pm. Community Wellness Center,
751 Center Blvd. , Fairfax 94930/ (upstairs, across from Good Earth)
Cost is $20. (for a video of your turn up front add $10. donation).
