Supervisors/D.A. and foreclosure /real estate fraud no justice served

Our family farm and home was sold illegally in 2001 ,devastating for my family and I. I lost my business as well as a licensed childcare home. It was sold by a predatory lender ,Martin Gavriloff to another real estate fraud scam artist,Keith Slipper and his wife Claire Geber. Martin Gavriloff has made it his business to steal homes and property any way he can,falsifying documents and paying his lawyer,Steve Barboza well to help assist and lie for him in court etc. On June 8,2012 ch. 2 ktvu news reported, Keith Slipper pleaded guilty of rig-bidding real estate sales,and mail fraud. Arrested by the San Francisco F.B.I. and federal attorneys' office. Google their names and you will learn more about these crooks. I have filed complaints and law suits now with the Sonoma Co.courts and D.A. office for a long time only to have the Sonoma County legal system ignore the truth and proven facts about their scams.I am not their only victim either,I have met other responsible homeowners who were scammed upon. The Sonoma Co. supervisors/ D.A. office do not care at all . They refuse to protect human /civil rights .It makes me wonder-what in the !*#! do they REALLY do for the people of Sonoma County? In over the past 11 yrs. and three different D.A.s' I have learned they do nothing as far as illegal real estate sales and foreclosure fraud. Effren Carrillo used to be a money broker .He probably had some business deals with these guys,so forget getting any help from him. And one of the employees in the D.A. office,"Tim" who I tried to speak with ,is a good friend of Gavriloffs' son! As far as any meetings with any of Sonoma Countys' Supervisors or legal system concerning real estate /foreclosure fraud they do not exsist. I called them in April when there was to be a meeting /public hearing on the subject . They told me there was not any type of meetings concerning this matter. We need protection and justice to be served. Mean while , the people running this countys' policies are stuck on stupid,only interested in getting paid for doing nothing !We still need a lawyer,is there actually one in Sonoma Co.who is compentant to represent us?

I'm sorry for your experience but it seems terribly unfair to Efren Carrillo to assume he knows, condones and has had business dealings with these people without any evidence or even extending the courtesy of speaking to him about it first.
You owe the man an apology.

Apparently you must be one of Carrillos' employees. You also did not read my post clearly. I have contacted his office and many times between him and past supervisors',Mike Mullins,and Pasalaqua,nothing has been done to stop predatory lending scams or to protect homeowners' rights.In our case and filings with the court they refused to even look at our proof,evidence which clearly proves our farm was stolen and sold illegally. The supervisors office works hand in hand with the d.a. office and they both gave me several excuses for "nothing they can do".
