Just returned from Shasta with a new drum and looking for a local drumming circle or group who meets regularly. Does anyone know of one in or around Sebastopol or have a contact?

Hi Pickles,
I have been attending a drum class (congas) with Kim Atkinson, an amazing master drummer, for a couple years here in Sebastopol. I have always danced to drummers (Brazilian / African), so learning to drum has been very energizing and enlightening. It is part warm-up, instructive, and drum circle-ish. It's quite joyful.
