Sebastopol celebrates Summer with Music on the Plaza
CHAMBER SEEKING BANDS AND SPONSORS
For 2012 the Sebastopol Area Chamber of Commerce will host the summer series in cooperation with the Sebastopol Center for the Arts. Celebrating its 18th season, the Sebastopol Summer Music Series presents free entertainment at the Sebastopol Downtown Plaza. Each Thursday evening 6:00-7:30 p.m., beginning June 28 through August 9 will feature a different genre of music - from jazz to rock and roll, Americana, original gypsy rock, and salsa! Several local restaurants are open to serve Plaza patrons.Bring family, friends, lawn chairs, and take-out dinners to enjoy this very special West County summer tradition.
The Sebastopol Area Chamber of Commerce is seeking interested bands who might like to apply to play on one of the Thursday evenings. The Chamber is also seeking businesses or individuals that would like to sponsor the series. Sponsors will receive recognition on the official performance flier, mention in ads or press and announcements at the Thursday evenings and on two websites.
