The presenter is the first man to have foreskin restoration surgery paid for by Canada's single-payer medical system. He was forcibly circumcised at age 8 by his parochial school as a punishment. It is this type of atrocity that the intactivist movement seeks to prevent by providing boys and girls with equal legal protection from bodily alteration and mutilation.
